Product Warranty


Bathroom Accessories

12-year warranty for chrome plating and PVD coating.

Mirror Frames

5-year warranty for the aluminium frame and 12-year warranty for PVD coating. There is no warranty for mirrors in case of edge blackening.

Wellness Products

2-year warranty for home use and 1-year warranty for commercial use.

Service Support

After the warranty period, customers can avail of service support through Kriztle Care. Consumables and spare parts will be chargeable. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.


Exclusions

Glass, rubber, plastic parts, and consumables are not covered under warranty. Installation-related damages, issues arising from poor water quality, and unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
